Fuentelfresno’s first partridge hunts were organised by the Count of Castillo de Centellas, who then passed on the responsibility of organising the partridge shooting to his son. These days the Count’s grand-daughter Lucia and her husband continue the tradition, and host parties of guests from around the world. And over the years they’ve had some exalted company for shooting Spanish partridges, including representatives of several of Europe’s Royal families.

Arley Estate is set within the hills of Worcestershire, superb shooting run by Oliver Davies.
